The Dynamics Kung Fu © is an Eclectic System and Innovative born skillfully combining the bio-mechanical physical principles of the human body, acquiring basic concepts from the traditional martial arts. In fact, the peculiarity of this system is the dynamism, adaptability and above all continuous improvement.
